RICH STREET OFFICE, ABBOTSFORD


A speculative office suite on the fourth floor of a new Abbotsford building, designed to attract tenants within a disciplined budget. We worked with the exposed concrete shell rather than against it, introducing deep-green joinery that echoes the exterior mesh and a monolithic Rosso Levanto marble island that anchors the kitchen. White metal slat screens subdivide the open plan without breaking sight lines, while perforated walnut plywood panels absorb sound across the workspace. Materials are durable, economical and quietly expressive — adaptable to different tenants and work styles.
